Accompaniment

In our ministry, we often accompany others on their journey.

People who are in transition in their life. People looking for clarity in their personal vocation. And communities in need.

The support we give is rooted in reflective contemplation and prayer, and takes different forms, depending on individual sisters’ own lived experience.

Some of us are qualified in spiritual direction or counselling. Others, who have achieved a certain degree of spiritual maturity, may accompany searchers and people challenged by the circumstances of their lives, through more informal kinds of mentorship. We all accompany others through prayer for a world of justice, peace and love.

In relationships where we’re all givers and receivers, what we learn from these encounters often humbles us and nourishes the sense of wonder for God’s creation that we cherish in our own hearts.

The principles and values our ministry is founded on summon our special attention to those who are denied basic rights and justice.
