In this three-year course, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires and certified by the Faculty of Theology of Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), students will develop an in-depth understanding of:
Biblical languages – Hebrew and Greek
Archaeology and interpretive methods
The history and texts of the First Testament
The history and texts of the Second Testament
Early Christian exegesis
The live online sessions are held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Admission to the course is subject to entry requirements. Those who successfully complete it will receive a diploma from from Cebitepal (Centro Bíblico Teológico y Pastoral para América Latina y el Caribe).
An annual course focused on discovering God’s Word in its context, to better understand its meaning and message.
The programme guides participants through the First and Second Testaments over the course of two terms. The live sessions are held on Wednesdays, beginning in April and continuing through to November, with a winter break.
Following the study of James in the first semester of 2026, this course examines the remaining six Catholic Epistles: 1 and 2 Peter, 1, 2 and 3 John, and Jude. It considers their exegetical, theological and pastoral significance for Christian life and the Church today.

An in-depth study of the two principal prayers of the Catholic Christian tradition. Analysis of the structure and theological and spiritual significance of the Lord’s Prayer as a synthesis of the Gospel and Jesus’ model prayer. Exploration of the Hail Mary as a prayer of praise to the Virgin Mary and of intercession. Examination of the biblical, historical and liturgical context of both prayers.

This second module continues the analysis of Deutero-Isaiah, from chapter 48 through chapter 55. As in the first module, the emphasis is on its contribution to the Jewish messianic idea and its reinterpretation from a Christian perspective. In the context of the Babylonian Exile, the course explores how the prophet reshaped the hope of restoration through the figure of the Suffering Servant.

This programme explores the Book of Acts through the lens of Rome, the culmination of Luke’s narrative and the symbolic centre of the ancient empire. Through close reading and on-site learning, participants will trace the early Christian movement from Jerusalem to the heart of imperial power.

This study tour integrates close biblical study with place-based learning across central and southern Türkiye, for encounter with the Apostle Paul in the landscapes that shaped his mission and theology.
A series of guided presentations on Galatians exploring themes of freedom, law, community, and identity in the earliest Christian communities will be complemented by visits to key Pauline sites, including Tarsus, Pisidian Antioch, Iconium (Konya), Antalya (Attalia), Aspendos, Antioch on the Orontes, and the wider Galatian region, allowing the land itself to inform the reading of the text.
